Broken Blade not only is getting an anime, but the first volume of the manga is also coming out this month. I don’t know who is going to be doing the anime, but I can tell you that it’s about mechs and some guy who sucks at life until he finds this one mech that he can use.
Apparently, this guy named Rygart Arrow is the only one who can’t use the energy needed to power the mechs in his world, leading him to be a total loser that everyone makes fun of. (I don’t really think they make fun of him) But then one day, he tries using this ancient mech that no one knows how to use, and it works for him. Then this army of a neighboring nation wants to fight for some reason, and he might be the one person that can win the war.
That’s my interpretation of the story, and you probably won’t find out what it’s really like until you either read the manga, or wait till fall or winter of this year to watch it. Well, fall or winter is my guess, I really don’t know when it will be out.
